YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY - Wizard Industries warrants products to the original
purchaser that for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, product
shall be free of mechanical defects in material and workmanship. Our obligation
hereunder is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, of this
product during the warranty period, provided the product is sent postage
pre-paid directly to Wizard Industries.
If
you have followed all of the instructions for technical
support and your product still does not function properly please send
a copy of your sales reciept via US mail to the address below or fax to
707-824-9404. Please provide a street address (NO PO BOX addresses are
delivered to). A replacement will be sent and should arrive within two
weeks.
DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE; ACTING OTHERWISE MAY
DELAY THE PROCESS OF YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM. This warranty does not cover
normal wear and tear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following:
negligent use or misuse of the product; use contrary to operating instructions;
disassembly, attempted repair or alteration by any person other than an
authorized service personnel. Product repair or replacement, as provided
on the above warranty is your exclusive remedy. Wizard Industries shall
not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of
any express or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent
prohibited by applicable law any implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration
to the duration of the above warranty. Some states or jurisdictions do
not allow the exclusion or limitation on incidental or consequential damages,
or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary
from state to state. All U.S. Copyright laws apply.
